Changing up the scenery from the gym helps keep me motivated with my exercise schedule, so because I live on an island, heading down to the beach for a sweat session is the best way to switch it up. This bodyweight circuit is intense AND works the whole body. The best part – no equipment needed! Get outside and get sweaty with this one.

Bodyweight Beach Circuit
Warm-up: jog up and down the beach for 5 minutes to warm up your muscles
Workout: Repeat each circuit 3 times before moving on to the next. Complete each circuit with little to no rest, take a minute water break before moving on to the next circuit.
- 30 seconds of high knees
- 20 jump squats
- 25 plie squats into front kick
- 100m sprint down the beach, run backwards back to starting position.
- 15 burpees
- 30 jumping split lunge
- 20 push ups
- 100m side shuffle down the beach each leg, alternate lead legs on the way there and back
- 30 skater jumps
- 30 mountain climbers
- 20 dips
Circuit 4 Core Circuit
* do each exercise for 1 minute
- Russian twist
- Flutter kicks
Cool down: Stretch out your muscles for 5 minutes and bring your heart rate back down to normal.
