Christmas holidays are upon us and I know that you may dread as much as me, putting on weight during the much-awaited celebrations. January seems like a nightmare after all the Christmas Carol, yummy foods and days in front of the chimney (or with a sea view in my case) sorry guys!
Luckily for you, I am a nutritionist and super food conscious, but I have a sweet tooth as well and this week I want to share with you a great idea to replace all of those naughty dessert calories for a healthy option.
♥ The XX -Last Christmas (Live BBC Radio)
When I moved to St. Vincent and The Grenadines, I couldn’t find my favourite types of cafe’s and healthy parlors that I could so easily find in the big Mexico city. So, I started trying to make vegan desserts and working with raw delights and now I have to say that even my husband enjoys them and looks forward to them!
They are so tasty and give you that happy feeling that only a sweet and delicious dessert can give you.
I made up this chocolate spread recipe on a day when I was making a vegan tiramisu. It tastes so good that I thought it would go well with absolutely everything, even by itself.
If you are a Nutella person, you will LOVE it. All you need is a Nutribullet and the perfect mood to create this masterpiece.

I would recommend just chopping up any fruits you have at home. It works best with strawberries, and apples. You can also put it on toast if you’re feeling naughty.
