This is the most important for me. One would think it is as easy as if you eat well you will have the most incredible hair. Well, guess what? It is true. Lack of iron and zinc can lead to hair loss, as well as a diet lacking in protein, and eating disorders. There are multiple studies that show positive correlation between Nutritional factors and hair loss. While there are many reasons why hair can fall, for example, due to genetics, hormonal, physical and emotional stress, and medical factors, you can definitely achieve a healthier hair by taking care of your diet.
Food is so important that it has made it to the second secret as well. You will always find that the better you eat, the better you will feel inside and reflect that on the outside. A healthy diet consists of adding fruits, green vegetables, and adding protein, fat, and carbohydrates to your diet. So when you see me eating (which I love to do) just assume that I am always doing it for the benefit of my hair! NO other reason whatsoever ☺!

I wash my hair every day, I know most people say that this isn’t healthy for the hair, but it is what has worked for me. My favorite is the Aloe Vera Mask. I try to do this once a week. All you have to do is take out the gel from the aloe leaves, put it in a food processor for that smoother and easy to apply mix, and apply it directly to your hair and wait an hour and then rinse. You can store some in your fridge as well and use it regularly.
